‫ھﻲ ﻋﺑﺎرة ﻋن ﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﻣﯾﺎه ذات اﻟطرد اﻟﻣرﻛزي ‪ ،Centrifugal‬ﻟﮭﺎ‬


‫ﻣواﺻﻔﺎت ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﺗﺳﺗﺧدم ﻟدﻓﻊ اﻟﻣﺎء ﻓﻲ أﻧظﻣﺔ ﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ اﻟﺣرﯾق‪.‬‬

‫ﯾرﻛب ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺧط اﻟرﺋﯾﺳﻰ ﻟﻠﻧظﺎم ﺛﻼﺛﺔ ﻣﺿﺧﺎت وھﻲ ﻛﺎﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ‪:‬‬

‫‪ .1‬اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﯾﺔ )رﺋﯾﺳﯾﺔ( ‪:Electrical Pump‬‬


‫ﻏﺎﻟﺑﺎ ﻣﺎ ﺗﻛون ﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﻣن ﻧوع اﻟﻣﻧﻔﺻﻠﺔ أﻓﻘﯾﺎ أو طرﻓﯾﺔ اﻟﺳﺣب‪.‬‬

‫‪ .2‬ﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟدﯾزل )رﺋﯾﺳﯾﺔ( ‪:Diesel Pump‬‬


‫ﺗﻌﻣل اذا اﻧﻘطﻊ اﻟﺗﯾﺎر اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﻲ ﻋن اﻟﻣﺑﻧﻰ أو إذا ﻓﺷﻠت اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﯾﺔ ﻓﻰ ﺗوﻓﯾر‬
‫اﻟﺿﻐط ﺑﺳﺑب اﻟﺣﻣل اﻟزاﺋد ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﯾﺔ‪.‬‬

‫‪ .3‬اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﻣﺳﺎﻋدة )اﻟﺗﻌوﯾﺿﯾﺔ( ‪:Jocking Pump‬‬


‫ﺗﻛون ﺻﻐﯾرة ﻓﻰ اﻟﺣﺟم ﻣن ﻧوع اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﻣﻧﻔﺻﻠﺔ أﻓﻘﯾﺎ ﻣﺗﻌددة اﻟﻣراﺣل‪ .‬و ﺗﻌطﻰ ﺗدﻓق‬
‫ﻣن ‪ 10‬اﻟﻰ ‪ %15‬ﻣن ﺗدﻓق ﺷﺑﻛﺔ اﻟﺣرﯾق‪ ،‬اﻟﻐرض ﻣﻧﮭﺎ ھو اﻟﺗﻌوﯾض ﻋن أي ﻓﻘد ﻓﻰ‬
‫اﻟﺷﺑﻛﺔ ﻧﺗﯾﺟﺔ ﻟﻠﺗﺳرﯾب ﻓﻲ ﺷﺑﻛﺔ اﻟﻧظﺎم أواﻧﺧﻔﺎض اﻟﺿﻌط اﻟذي ﺗﻌﻣل ﺑﮫ ﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﺣرﯾق‬
‫اﻟرﺋﯾﺳﯾﺔ )ﺣﻣل زاﺋد ﻋﻠﯾﮭﺎ ( وﺑﺎﻟﺗﺎﻟﻲ ﻗد ﯾؤدي اﻟﻰ اﺣﺗراﻗﮭﺎ ﻟذﻟك ﯾﺗم ﺗرﻛب اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ‬
‫اﻟﻣﺳﺎﻋدة ﻟﺗﻌوﯾض ھذا اﻟﻧﻘص‪.‬‬
‫‪ .1‬ﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﺣرﯾق ‪Fire Pump‬‬

‫ﻣواﺻﻔﺎت ﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﺣرﯾق‬


‫ﯾﺟب أن ﺗﻛون ﻣﻛوﻧﺎت اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺎت ﻣﺻﻧوﻋﺔ ﺣﺳب اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻟدوﻟﯾﺔ‬ ‫•‬
‫اﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣدة‪ :‬ﻣﺛل اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻷﻣرﯾﻛﯾﺔ ‪ ANSI‬أو اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﺑرﯾطﺎﻧﯾﺔ ‪ BS‬او‬
‫اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻻﻟﻣﺎﻧﯾﺔ ‪.DIN‬‬

‫ﯾﺷﺗرط ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﺷرﻛﺔ اﻟﻣﺻﻧﻌﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﺗﻘدﯾم ﺷﮭﺎدة ﻓﺣص ﻣن إﺣدى اﻟﮭﯾﺋﺎت‬ ‫•‬
‫اﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣدة دوﻟﯾﺎ‪ ،‬ﻣﺛل ‪ UL‬أو ‪ FM‬أو ‪ ULC‬ﺗﻔﯾد ﺑﺄن ﺗم اﺧﺗﺑﺎر اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﻣﻊ‬
‫ﻟوﺣﺎﺗﮭﺎ اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﯾﺔ ﺣﺳب اﻟﺷروط واﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻣطﻠوﺑﺔ‪.‬‬

‫• ﯾﺟب ان ﻻ ﯾﻘل ﺳﻣك ﻏﻼف اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﻋن ‪ 10‬ﻣم ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺎت اﻟﻛﺑﯾرة و ‪ 8‬ﻣم‬
‫ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺎت اﻟﺻﻐﯾرة وان ﯾﻛون ﻣﺻﻧوع ﻣن ﻣن اﻟﺣدﯾد اﻟزھر أو ﻣن اﻟﺻﻠب اﻟﻣﺳﺑوك‬
‫ﺣﺳب اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻟﻣﻌﺗﻣدة‪.‬‬
‫• ﯾﺟب ان ﺗﻛون ﺳﻌﺔ ﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﺣرﯾق اﻗل ﻣن ‪1892‬ﻟﺗر ‪ /‬دﻗﯾﻘﺔ‪.‬‬
‫• ان ﯾﻛون ﻋﻣود اﻹدارة ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﻣﺻﻧوع ﻣن اﻟﺻﻠب اﻟﻐﯾر ﻗﺎﺑل ﻟﻠﺻدأ وان ﯾﻛون‬
‫ﻣﻘﺎوﻣﺗﮫ ﻟﻠﺟﮭد ﻋﺎﻟﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫• ﻓﻲ ﺑﻌض اﻻﺣﯾﺎن ﯾﺗم ﺗزوﯾد أﻧظﻣﺔ ﻣﻛﺎﻓﺣﺔ اﻟﺣرﯾق ﺑﻣﺿﺧﺎت اﺣﺗﯾﺎطﯾﺔ‪ .‬وﻛﻣﺎ ﺗزود‬
‫ﺑﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﻣﺳﺎﻋدة )ﻻ ﺗﻘل ﺳﻌﺗﮭﺎ ﻋن ‪ %5‬ﻣن ﺳﻌﺔ اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟرﺋﯾﺳﯾﺔ( ﻟﺗﻐطﯾﺔ أي‬
‫ﺗﺳرﯾب ﻣﺗوﻗﻊ ﺧﻼل ‪ 10‬د‪.‬‬
‫• ﯾﺟب ﺗوﻓﯾر ﻗواﻋد ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺎت ﺗﺗﻧﺎﺳب ﻣﻊ وزﻧﮭﺎ وﺣﺳب ﺗﻌﻠﯾﻣﺎت اﻟﺟﮭﺔ اﻟﻣﺻﻧﻌﺔ‬
‫وذﻟك ﻟﺣﻣﺎﯾﺗﮭﺎ ﻣن اﻻھﺗزازات واﻟﻌواﻣل اﻟﻣﯾﻛﺎﻧﯾﻛﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫• ﯾﺟب ﺗوﻓﯾر اﻏطﯾﺔ ﺣﻣﺎﯾﺔ ﻟﻸﺟزاء اﻟدوارة ﻓﻲ اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺎت‪.‬‬

‫‪ 1‬ھذه اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت ﺣﺳب اﻟﻣواﺻﻔﺎت اﻻﻣرﯾﻛﯾﺔ‬

‫ﺣﺳب ﻣواﺻﻔﺎت ‪ NFPA‬ﯾﺟب أﻻ ﯾزﯾد أﻋﻠﻰ ﺿﻐط ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺣﺎﻟﺔ ﻋدم وﺟود ﺗدﻓق ﻋن‬
‫‪ % 120‬ﻣن اﻟﺿﻐط اﻟﻣطﻠوب ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺔ اﻟﻣﻧﻔﺻﻠﺔ أﻓﻘﯾﺎ‪ ،‬وﻻ ﯾزﯾد ﻋن ‪ % 140‬ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺔ‬
‫طرﻓﯾﺔ اﻟﺳﺣب‪.‬‬

‫• ﯾﺳﺗﺧدم اﻟﻣﺣرك ﻟﺗدور اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﯾوﺟد ﺛﻼﺛﺔ اﻧواع ﻟﻠﻣﺣرﻛﺎت اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧدﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻧظﺎم ﻣﺿﺧﺎت اﻟﺣرﯾق وھﻲ ﻛﺎﻻﺗﻲ‪:‬‬

‫أ‪ .‬اﻟﻣﺣرك اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﻲ ‪Electric Motor‬‬


‫ب‪ .‬ﻣﺣرك اﻟدﯾزل ‪Diesel Engine‬‬

‫• ﯾﺟب ان ﯾﺗﺣﻣل اﻟﻣﺣرك اﻟﻌﻣل ﻟﻣدة ﻻ ﺗﻘل‬
‫ﻋن ‪ 6‬ﺳﺎﻋﺎت ﻣﺗﺻﻠﺔ ﻋﻧد اﻟﺣﻣل اﻟﻛﺎﻣل‪.‬‬

‫• ﯾﺟب أن ﺗﻛون اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﻣوﺻﻠﺔ ﻣﻊ اﻟﻣﺣرك‬


‫ﺑوﺻﻠﺔ ﻣﺗﺣرﻛﺔ ﺑﺣﯾث ﯾﻣﻛن ﺗﺣرﯾك اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ أو‬
‫اﻟﻣﺣرك ﺑدون ﻓك أو ﺗرﻛﯾب اﻟﺟزء اﻻﺿﺎﻓﻲ‪.‬‬

‫• ﯾﺟب أن ﯾﺗﻧﺎﺳب اﻟﻣﺣرك ﻣﻊ اﻟظروف‬


‫اﻟﻣﻧﺎﺧﯾﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟدوﻟﺔ اﻟﻣﻌﻧﯾﺔ وﻛذﻟك ﻧوﻋﯾﺔ اﻟوﻗود‬
‫اﻟدوﻟﺔ‪.‬‬

‫• ﯾﺟب ان ﺗﻛون ھﻧﺎك وﺳﯾﻠﺗﯾن ﻟﻠﺗﺷﻐﯾل‬


‫واﻻﯾﻘﺎف إﺣداھﻣﺎ ﺗﻠﻘﺎﺋﯾﺔ واﻷﺧرى ﯾدوﯾﺔ‪.‬‬

‫ﻗدرة اﻟﻣﺣرك‬
‫ﯾﺗم ﺗﻌﯾﯾن ﻗدرة اﻟﻣﺣرك اﻟﻣطﻠوب ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺔ وﯾﺟب أن ﯾﻛون ﺑﻘدرة ‪140‬‬
‫إﻟﻰ ‪ % 170‬ﻣن اﻟﻘدرة اﻟﻣطﻠوﺑﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﻋﻧد أي ﺗدﻓق ﺣﺗﻰ ﺿﻐط‬
‫ﺻﻔر وﺣﺳب اﻟﻣﻌﺎدﻟﺔ اﻵﺗﯾﺔ‪:‬‬

‫‪ :W‬اﻟﻘدرة اﻟﻔرﻣﻠﯾﺔ ) ﻛﯾﻠو وات(‬

‫• ﯾﺟب أن ﺗﻛون ﻟوﺣﺔ اﻟﺗﺣﻛم وﻣﻠﺣﻘﺎﺗﮭﺎ ﺧﺎﺻﺔ ﻻﺳﺗﻌﻣﺎل ﻣﺿﺧﺎت‬


‫اﻟﺣرﯾق اﻟﺗﻲ ﺗﻌﻣل ﺑﻣﺣرك دﯾزل‪.‬‬
‫• ﯾﺟب وﺿﻊ ﻣﺧطط اﻟﺗوﺻﯾﻼت اﻟﻛﮭرﺑﺎﺋﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺔ داﺧل ﻏﻼف ﻟوﺣﺔ‬
‫اﻟﺗﺣﻛم‪.‬‬
‫• ﯾﺟب ان ﺗﻛون ﻣﺣﻣﯾﺔ ﻣن اﻟﻌواﻣل اﻟﺟوﯾﺔ واﻟﻣﯾﻛﺎﻧﯾﻛﯾﺔ‪.‬‬
‫• ﯾﺟب أن ﺗﺣﺗوي ﻟوﺣﺔ اﻟﺗﺣﻛم ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺻﺎﺑﯾﺢ و أﺟراس ﻟﺑﯾﺎن اﻷﺧطﺎر‬
‫وﻟﻠﺗﺣذﯾر)ارﺗﻔﺎع درﺟﺔ ﺣرارة اﻟﻣﺣرك و اﻧﺧﻔﺎض ﻣﺳﺗوى اﻟزﯾت‪،‬‬
‫واﻧﺧﻔﺎض ﻓوﻟﺗﯾﺔ اﻟﺑطﺎرﯾﺔ(‪.‬‬

‫• ﯾﺟب ان ﺗوﺟد ﺑطﺎرﯾﺗﯾن ﻟﻛل ﻣﺣرك ﺑﺣﯾث ﺗﻛون ﻛل ﺑطﺎرﯾﺔ ﻛﺎﻓﯾﺔ‬
‫ﻟﺗﺷﻐﯾل اﻟﻣﺣرك ﯾدوﯾﺎ وﺗﻠﻘﺎﺋﯾﺎ‪.‬‬
‫• ﻋﻧدﻣﺎ ﯾﻔﺷل ﺗﺷﻐﯾل اﻟﻣﺿﺧﺔ ﺗﻠﻘﺎﺋﯾﺎ ﯾﺟب ﺗوﻓﯾر وﺳﯾﻠﺔ ﻟﺗﺣوﯾل اﻟﺗﺷﻐﯾل‬
‫ﯾدوﯾﺎ‪.‬‬

‫• ﯾﺟب ان ﺗﻛون ﻛﺎﻓﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺿﺧﺎت وﻣﻠﺣﻘﺎﺗﮭﺎ وﺗوﺻﯾﻼﺗﮭﺎ‪.‬‬
