Simple Inverter Circuit

This document describes a simple inverter circuit using a 13007 transistor in a push-pull configuration with a 12V battery and 220V-12V-220V transformer. The circuit works by alternately turning one transistor on while the other is off, which induces a changing magnetic field in the transformer to output a 220V alternating current from the secondary coil. Following the steps and using the listed components allows one to easily construct this basic inverter to power small loads like an LED bulb from a 12V battery.

Step 2:

Bend the 13007 Transistor Pins and tin the wires for Better Soldering.

Step 3:

Connect the T1, T2 Transistor’s Emitter together for the 12v inverter circuit.

Step 4:

Now connect 330 Ohm resistor as shown within the Figure. One Transistor’s Base is going to be connected with the
Collector of another transistor. And other the other way around.

Step 5:

Connect the T1, T2 Transistor’s Collector with the middle tap Transformer. during this case, The transformer corner
points are going to be utilized. the middle tap i.e. middle pin won't be connected during this 12v to 230v inverter
circuit diagram.

Step 6:

Now Let’s mention Input power. Here i will be able to use a 12V LEAD ACID BATTERY. you'll also use other batteries

like Lipo, LI-on also . the middle tap point of the Transformer are going to be used for the +12v supply. The Emitter
pin of the Transistor is for the GND or the -ve.

Step 7:

Now connect the External Load with the Secondary of the Transformer. Here I even have used a 15W LED Bulb as a
Load.

Step 8:

Let’s test it. Here I even have connected a 12v Battery as a DC Input Voltage Source. Here you'll see the LED is
Glowing. So, the circuit works awlessly.
