This slide gives basic definition of project management and Leadership.Project management is the
application of tools,skills and techniques to project tasks to meet its objectives and goals.While
leadership is the process by which an individual convinces group of followers.

This slide is about leadership skills for Project Managers. Successful project is entirely dependent on an
individual with great leadership skills.The leader must be great communicator, ability to receive both
positive and negative feedback and listening to others.The leader must be able to see bigger picture and
transfer this to other team members.Integrity is another major skills for being succesful leaders that
makes leader capable of achieving trust and faith of team members.Leader must be competent and
capable so that whole team members follow his/her ideas.
