Sir:

This letter is to respectfully request your good office to kindly reconsider making a change to rectify
the error in the status of the learner whose name and details are provided below and in this regard, finally
approve his enrolment as COMPLETER and eventually the finalization of his status in the Learner Information
System (LIS). Please, refer to the details below:
