Affiant’s belief is based upon the following facts and information which Affiant received from: Dd Affiant’s personal investigation of this alleged offense. oO a fellow peace officer of the City of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, who personally participated in the investigation of this alleged offense, providing this information to Affiant, and whose information Affiant believes to be credible. On August 11, 2020 the suspect committed the offense of Murder against Cash, Ronnie, WM (complainant), at 9801 Adleta Ct #155, Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, This offense is documented on Dallas Police Case number 141423-2020. Dallas Police patrol officers responded to a PD Request by fire call at the offense location. On arrival, police met with the suspect, who was the one that called 911. The suspect told officers that she stabbed the complainant. The officers found the complainant on the floor of room #155 with an apparent stab wound. The complainant was transported to (NNN where he was pronounced deceased as a result of his injury. The suspect was transported to Dallas Police headquarters where she was given her Miranda Warming by Detective J. Morgan #9739 and agreed to be interviewed. The suspect first admitted that the complainant came at her and she stabbed him with a small pair of scissors in self-defense, A bloody knife was discovered hidden in a kitchen drawer in the hotel room when it was being processed for evidence. When that was brought up to the suspect, she stated that the complainant had the knife first and then claimed not to remember how she got the knife or what she did with the knife afterwards. It is believed that the complaint committed the offense of murder by stabbing the complainant in the chest and causing his death.
