3. What is the most challenging situation that you have faced with respect to you work?
In my last organisation, there was a task wherein we were expected to update the URLs
of the services manually at the end of each quarter. This was a monotonous and a
cumbersome task.
I put forward the thought wherein we could create something to automate this process
and the idea was well accepted and is in production. Now, just the quarter needed to be
updated and the URLs are updated specific to that quarter.
4. Why should you be hired for …… profile ?( Consider a profile that you are targeting )
During my experience I was assigned with certain roles and responsibilities and in that I
got to learn various skills other than the technical expertise I gained taking initiative,
innovation, networking, understanding customer requirement, dealing with customer
and understanding their behaviours as these were subtasks to my major tasks.
The projects that I’ve worked on during my post-graduation has enabled me to follow
the entire project life cycle and enabled me to implement the skills that I have learned
practically and widen up my scope of understanding and I believe with all of this
combined I’m fit for this role and I’ve gained the know-how to take company to the next
level.
5. Why did you opt for an MBA after xyz years?
During my experience, I practically applied what was learnt in graduation. I was aware of the
technical aspect of the project but there are other verticals as well viz: Marketing, HR, Finance,
Operations, Strategy etc. for an organization as a whole. And analytics being the vast industry as
it is can be applied to any of these domains. Now with MBA after working in IT I have the
understanding about these verticals and the approach to problems is different altogether now.
For eg: Since I have an understanding about different marketing concepts applying analytics and
deriving insights will be based out of that perspective.
How has now changed to Why with added MBA
