 Notice

Connect the power cord to properly grounded outlet, The connected power socket with the
distance of the product is not too far, and to comply with the principle of easy to use
Please do not placed in the water or wet places or using this product.

Warning
*Always connect the power cord to a grounded outlet.
*please don't use wet hand to touch the power cord,to avoid electricity danger.
*The thunderstorm weather, please put the power switch in OFF and disconnect the attaching plug
*Please don't cut, twisted, bundling, squeezing the power cord, or place heavy objects on the power cord。
*Please regularly check the power cord. Before checking the power cord, the power cord please disconnect

*before open the machine，must pay attention to remove protection material。

This type of the stand is for stepping fully automatic machine,please from the accessories box when installing
M6 hex bolts, according to the installation diagram with 5 mm Allen wrench for installation.
* note: during the installation process don't scratch holder and pay attention to safety.

Installation and adjustment of blade

Notice:
do not touch the blade tip
That will make the finger injury, and passivation of the cutting tools。

1.put the blade into the cutter holder body,like the image as follow.

2.Rotate the cutter adjusting screw to adjust the

out-stretching length of the cutter as to ensure that
it doesn’t cut off the bottom layer of stickiness.

Feeding a blank paper on cutting plotter , put pen holder in carriage arm .Press down pen holder to leave an mark on blank paper .
1.Press [up][down][left][right] button to move carriage , make the laser light just fit on mark .
2.Press [origin]button to save the distance between laser sensor and pen ,then back to former menu ,as right
figure.
3,Press pen holder to leave an mark on paper again ,then press [test] button , sensor light will
move to mark automatically .If not move or still deviation , please following step 1 and step 2
again to reset parameters.

 Fine tuning of sensor light
( 1)Under [Laser ACT] , press[up][down][left][right ] button to move carriage ,move the pen to the center
of shadow area in this cross,as figure below ,pen just in the center of shadow area
(2)Press [origin]button,the sensor will light on and start to scan this cross mark and will draw a right-angle
(as dotted line in figure below ),there will be four possibilities it will draw as figures below

1.ARTCUT software production line with files on the SD card and U disk reading, the last 123 files are stored in the U disk.

2.Then printing graphs on material,such as sticker . Put printed sticker on cutting plotter ,make sure the direction of picture be
same as on software. Here we take A4 paper as an example, the cutter holder should be put inner right down registration mark,
(picture below) “OK” after scanning.

4. Once sending data ,software will pop up dialogue as following picture .Meanwhile machine will scanning four marks ,click“OK” after scanning
successfully, machine will start to contour cut the outline of images.

Note : After adding four registration marks in software , please do not move images any
layers .It will lead to deviation even if a tiny movement .

Reparing guide
Carriage
1, Don't move up and down
Solution : (1) Power off,lift the carriage, and check whether there is any parts loose.
(2) Check whether the cable to mother board become loose or not.
(3) Check whether there is any problem at mother board.
2,Cutting pressure can't be adjusted
Solution: Change motherboard

3.Carriage can' t move left and right

Solution：（1）Power off, and move the carriage by hand.check it whether the carriage move slick or not.
（2）Checking the carriage cable is loose with mother board.
（3）Change mother board.
T ransmiss i o n p r o b l e m
1, USB problem
Solution: ( 1) Make sure the USB cable inserted firmly.
（2）Change USB interface board at plotter.
（3）Change mother board.

2，COM port problem

Solution：(1) Make sure the plotter input com port is the same with output com port
( 2) Change mother board

3,U disk port problem

Solution:（1）Checking the cable connection between U disk port and mother board。
（2）Change mother board.

Screen and Key problem

1，Screen roblem
Solution：（1）If bluen screen , black screen happened, check the cable connection between screen and mother board.
insert the cable again or change the cable.
（2) Change a new screen.
(3) Change the mother board.

Key problem
(1) If the key don' t work well, check the cable connection between key board and mother board
(2) Change the mother board.
