Sub :- Work order for Concrete Works for Hiviya villa located in Sahakar Nagar, Pune.
Dear Sir,
With reference to your quotation and our sub-sequent discussion, we are pleased to place an order to
for Hiviya villa Concrete works for aforesaid project site at mutually agreed rates
mentioned herein.
4.1.1 RMC brought from Outside - RCC with grade M35 for raft Cu.m 139.24
for all types of Column foundation / footings/rafts (Viz.,
trapezoidal / stepped / flat/Combined/isolated), lift shaft
footing, sump bottom, pile cap, nala raft, Columns, Shear wall,
Retaining wall ,Column Pedestals, mullians and Column Head
at all levels including hacking of RCC surface for receiving
plastering or any other surface
4.1.2 RMC brought from Outside - RCC with grade M35 for Plinth Cu.m 117.81
beam ,Grade Slab, Slab, Roof Slabs /sloping slabs. Beams, Stairs
with waist slabs, steps, landings and ledge in foundation, Lintel
Beams, fasciae, drops and parapets,Pergola, Chajjas, Cills and
Cill Projections,sump, gutter of varying thickness,Machine /
equipment foundation, coping, parapets at all levels including
hacking of RCC surface for receiving plastering or any other
surface ,etc.
A. Scope of work
The scope of the work broadly includes Concrete works for aforesaid project for
sample flat.
5. 5% Retention money towards the security deposit shall be deducted from interim bill duly certified by
Engineer In Charge and the same shall be released after 3 months on satisfactory completion of
aforesaid works. No interest shall be paid on Security Deposit & Retention money.
6. The Contractor shall take all the necessary precautions to protect existing structures etc. from any
Damages.
7. Rate analysis and prior written approval of General Manager is necessary for extra items.
8. The Contractor should not engage labours below 18 years old and. The Contractor should pay the
wages to the labours as per the minimum wages act as per the circular issued by the regional labour
commissioner, Mumbai time to time .If any accident occurs, Contractor shall be fully held responsible
.The Contractor shall submit workman compensation policy, insurance /group insurance /ESIC scheme
if applicable.
9. The Contractor shall obtain all necessary permits, licenses, sanctions from all regulatory authorities in
connection of Labor and comply with all rules and regulations. Copies of workmen compensation
Policy, Labor License, registration with Sales Tax authorities, Provident fund regulations shall be
submitted to the Employer as and when required and asked for Contractor shall indemnify the
Employer, Architect and Consultant from any disputes of whatsoever nature arising out of labor laws
and regulations.
10. The rates of various items to be executed shall be as per the bill of quantities enclosed herewith as
“Annexure A” to this work order. The payment shall be made as per actual quantities of the work
carried out as per working drawings and jointly measured and certified by EIC. The individual
quantities may vary to any extent and Contractor shall have no claim whatsoever for the change in
quantities of any item(s). The owner reserve the right to add, to omit and to alter the work shown on
the drawings and described in the schedule of Bill of Quantities in “Annexure A” to this agreement
and this shall not invalidate the Contract.
11. The rates quoted in the tender shall include all input costs and charges for tools, plants, temporary
water and electric connections (if any, hire charges if any, maintenance of all services and equipment
for clearing the site etc., for the execution of the works shall also include all taxes such as sales tax,
octroi duty, excise or any other duties and levies of any public body or corporation (duly authorized to
collect)
12. Contractor shall ensure safe working practices at site and shall issue necessary PPE's to the workmen.
In the event of any accident shall be the sole responsibility of contractor and shall be to his account
1. Payments for Running Bills shall be made to the contractor within 21 days from the date of
submission of the bill.
2. Material reconciliation shall be submitted by the contractor for material supplied by client along with
the every R.A. Bill.
3. The rates shall remain fixed for whole contract period.
4. All above stipulated point’s viz. work, time period, terms and condition mentioned in this work order
as annexure ‘A’ - Bill of Quantities shall be binding up on both the parties
