Final Acceptance ICOTAL 2020
Congratulations for the acceptance of your research work at the prestigious 3rd
International Conference on Teaching and Learning (ICOTA) to be held at the
Department of Education at IUB. We received a good volume of abstracts from
Pakistan and abroad. The review process has been completed. We extend our sincere
Are sorry to those researchers whose abstracts have not been accepted this time. We
hope that it will not discourage them to participate in the next year ICOTAL, 2021.
• All accepted paper/abstracts have been given an ID, please quote that ID in all correspondence to
the ICOTAL (registration fee payment, publications etc.)
• All the presenters are requested to be registered by paying the registration fee Rs: 2000
to the Conference Chair Prof. Dr. Irshad Hussain via HBL, Islamia University Bahawalpur (Account
Number: 1936 000 547 2303 Bank Name HBL, Bank code 1936) before the deadline (February 28,
2020).
• No registration fee will be collected after the Feb 28, 2020. Those who are unsuccessful in
paying the registration fee before the deadline, their abstract/paper will be removed
automatically.
• After paying the registration fee, please send us the proof of payment (scan, photo,
screenshot) through email: [email protected] while quoting your paper ID and
your name.
• On one payment, one registration will be made. If there are more than one authors in a paper and every co-
author needs a certificate then every co-author will pay the registration fee Rs: 2000 to get registered
separately by quoting the same paper ID. The co-authors will be given the same conference material (name
tag, conference bag, presentation certificate, tea breaks, lunch and all related material/things).
• On demand of the students, we have generated a conference participation track. Through this track,
students who are not presenting any paper/abstract at ICOTAL they can also get registered as participants.
By paying the conference registration fee Rs: 2000, they will be treated as registered conference
participants. They will get the same material as the presenters (name tag, conference bag, certificate of
participation, tea breaks, lunch and all related things).
• The final conference programme and the time of each presentation will be sent
to the registered presenters on March 02, 2020 through emails.
• Please send your power point presentation to the Session Inchage, Dr. Muhammad Javed at his email
[email protected] before March 03, 2020.
• You are requested to make your power point presentation keeping in view the
time limit for each presentation i.e.,10 minutes. When you send email, please write in the subject
“Presentation”.
• The PPT file must be saved with your paper ID number.
