iProcurement Setup

1-Profile option

POR: Autocreate Shopping Category and Mapping = Yes

POR:Allow Manual Selection of Source = Yes

2- Item Category & Category set should be defined.


3-Category set & category should be assign to Item
Item Price List should be defined
Create Requisition Template
Create Shopping Item Category
Create Top Level Category Hierarchy
Select Top Level Category click on Insert Existing Child
Category Mapping

Query Purchasing category than select category click on Map


Select Shopping Category click on Apply
Category Mapping created
Switch Responsibility iProcurement

Enter Item Code press Go Add to Cart


Click on View Cart and Checkout
Click on Apply
Requisition created
Requisition Approved
Auto Create PO
PO Auto Created
Po Approved
