ECE207C Network Theory: Unit 1 (10 Lectures)

This document provides an overview of the ECE207C Network Theory course for the 2nd year of the B.Tech Electronics and Communication Engineering program. The course is divided into 4 units that cover fundamentals of network analysis using node and mesh analysis, network theorems, Fourier and Laplace transforms, AC circuit analysis, transient behavior analysis, two-port networks, and filter analysis. The course aims to help students understand basic electrical circuits, network theorems, apply Laplace transforms to steady state and transient analysis, and determine different network functions. Exams will consist of 8 total questions across the 4 units, and students must select one question from each unit.
