Business Analyst available. The Oracle Business Analyst may be located at one of several FOX
facilities in Northeast Georgia, the Central Coast of California or near San Diego, California. This
is a full time opportunity that comes with benefits.

For over three decades, FOX has been an industry leader in the design and development of high
performance shock absorbers and racing suspension products for snowmobiles, mountain bikes,
motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, off-road cars, trucks, and SUVs.

The Oracle Business Analyst acts as liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyze,
communicate and validate requirements for change to business processes and information
systems. The Oracle Business Analyst understands business problems and opportunities in the
context of the requirements and recommends solutions that enable the organization to achieve
its goals.

Specific Responsibilities of the Oracle Business Analyst include but are not limited to:

Work independently with Finance, Operations and Manufacturing Team members, Oracle
Support and Technical development teams on assigned Tasks and Projects.
Review existing setups and recommend best practices in Oracle EBS 12.2
Develop testing scenarios, conducting training sessions and managing tasks/setups
related to UAT.
Review and analyze business requirements and process configuration, mapping and
management.
Provide system and business support to users.
Accurately repair, resolve and document system changes and issues.
Document specifications and solutions to satisfy project requirements.
Help deploy and implement application projects and enhancements.
Monitor system performance.
Coordinate Oracle service requests and drive them to a final resolution.
Proactively communicate project opportunities and risks to upper management.
Assist with development of functional specification of system enhancements and bug fixes
for implementation by the Technical Team.
Assist with development of functional specification of system enhancements and bug fixes

Works with the Business to identify, prioritize and specify business requirements and
business processes, and works together with the ERP System Analysts to translate these
requirements into Functional specifications
Review & Identify business process opportunities

Qualifications of the Oracle Business Analyst:

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience in supporting Oracle ,10 years’ experience in
using Oracle EBS (5 years in EBS R12.x),Experience in influencing business partners in making
use of Oracle R12 out-of-the box capabilities and following industry standard business
processes. Demonstrable business process knowledge/skills including process flows and best
practice, Previous involvement in a major new implementation rollout

Experience with OBIEE, Hyperion, Demantra a Plus, Exposure to Full Lifecycle Implementation
of Oracle Applications will be a huge plus. Excellent communication skills. Proficient with MS
