This is the latest technology in ‘all electronics’ engine controls.

Functions:
• Autotroll: this mode permits a full range low-speed control
incorporating a sensor for closed-loop feed-back to maintain
the demanded propeller rpm. By this means clutch slippage
is controlled while maintaining slow engine speed.
• EasyDock: this mode ensures positive clutch response
resulting in easy and precise maneuverability in confined
waters. This provides the ability to modulate the clutches
and control the engine speed for safely docking the vessel.
• Warm up: pre-heating. Useful to increase engine speed
witht the transmission locked in neutral.
• One Lever: this mode allows you to enjoy the benefit of
multi-engine operation with full shift and throttle control.

The ‘ E X P E RT ’ range controls are based on the 9000 and Cr uise controls’ technology developped
by ZF, but also offers numerous supplementar y functions as well as back up (double power supply)
or the possibility to transfer to manual control, as far as the Cr uise Command is concer ned, for example.

• Integrated in a robust metallic enclosure


• Display the system status on the front of the enclosure: Ahead/Astern and RPM
indicator
• Display on the front of the power supply
• Connections by terminals: no more specific sockets
• Possibility to control engines directly from the front of the enclosure in case the
actuator signal is lost :
- Control of the gear by a 3 positions switch Ahead/Neutral/Astern
- Control of the throttle by a UP/DOWN push button
• Size: 400 x 600 x 200 mm

client en dehors du programme standard du catalogue SEIMI seront accompagnées d’un acompte de 30 %
minimum.

EXPEDITIONS / TRANSPORT : Nos marchandises voyagent aux risques et périls du destinataire. En


aucun cas nous ne saurions être tenus pour responsables auprès du transporteur pour un matériel dété‑
rioré lors du transport. Le destinataire est tenu de vérifier devant le livreur le contenu des colis avant la
signature du bon de transport. En cas d’avarie constatée, seules les réserves émises par le destinataire
pourront faire l’objet d’une indemnisation dans le cadre de la législation et des assurances du transporteur.
Une lettre recommandée avec la copie du bon transport doit être adressée dans les 48 H au transporteur
et une copie envoyée à SEIMI.
Aucun dédommagement ne pourra être réclamé si les réserves d’usage n’ont pas été formulées comme
décrit ci‑dessus.

DÉLAIS : Les délais mentionnés dans les offres sont à titre indicatif et la responsabilité de la SEIMI ne pour‑
rait être engagée pour la réclamation de quelconques pénalités de retard. En aucun cas la SEIMI ne pourrait
être tenue pour responsable des retards dans les livraisons assurées par les transporteurs.

RETOUR DE MARCHANDISE : Les retours de marchandise ne sont pas acceptés sans accord préalable
confirmé par écrit. En cas d’accord, le matériel sera retourné en port payé, dans son emballage d’origine
avec copie du bon de livraison ou facture ainsi que la fiche de retour N° A 30. L’accord de retour sera valable
pour une période de deux semaines. Tout retour de matériel dont la cause n’est pas imputable à SEIMI fera
l’objet d’un abattement de 10% minimum, cet abattement pouvant être supérieur en fonction de la cause
ou de l’état de la marchandise retournée. Toute marchandise retournée en port dû sera systématiquement
refusée. Les commandes et/ou fabrications spéciales ne sont ni reprises, ni échangées.

GARANTIE : Nos produits sont garantis suivant les conditions accordées par nos fournisseurs. La garantie
se limite à la réparation ou à l’échange du produit. Aucune compensation, modification, remboursement,

couvre exclusivement les défauts de fabrication pour une période de 6 mois après la mise en service dans
la limite de 12 mois après la livraison. Les demandes de garantie seront adressées par écrit et devront faire
l’objet d’un accord préalable avant tout retour. Le matériel sera retourné en port payé, aucun transport en
port dû ne sera accepté. Une copie de la facture et/ou du bon de livraison sera jointe à l’expédition.

RÉSERVES DE PROPRIÉTÉ : Conformément à l’article 65 de la loi du 12/05/80, les marchandises restent


la propriété du vendeur jusqu’à complet paiement du prix. Le titre de transfert de responsabilité se fait à
la délivrance.

CLAUSE ATTRIBUTIVE DE COMPÉTENCE : Toutes contestations ou litiges devront être portés devant
le Tribunal de Commerce de Brest auquel il est attribué compétence exclusive, même en cas d’appel en
garantie, pluralité de défendeurs et malgré toute clause attributive de juridiction différente.

AUTRES CONDITIONS : Passé le délai légal de 7 jours, aucune commande passée ne pourra être annulée
ou modifiée et les acomptes versés restent la propriété de SEIMI.
