GARDEN POOL VILLA (UPPER) - TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. This e-room voucher is for room only and valid for one (1) night stay.
2. Room reservations must be made at least three (3) days in advance; e-room voucher number must be provided during the booking
process. Rooms are subject to availability.
3. A print-out of the redeemed e-room voucher must be presented upon check-in.
4. The Hotel/Resort reserves the rights to refuse check-in if the printed e-room voucher is not presented upon check-in.
5. A surcharge of RM150nett per room per night is applicable between 15 December and 31 December 2020.
6. Where applicable, surcharge of RM100nett per room per night is applicable for guaranteed full sea-view rooms.
7. Once confirmed, booking cannot be amended. E-room voucher used for the booking will also be voided in the case of no show.
8. Validity period of e-room voucher may be extended only in the case that a government mandated travel ban or restriction is imposed
by the Malaysian Government, and/or as extended from time to time. The appropriate period of the mandated travel ban/restriction
shall be applied onto the preceding validity period of the e-room voucher. Lexis Hotel Group reserves the rights to change, modify, or
amend the conditions herein at any time without prior notice.
9. All rates and surcharges are nett. Notwithstanding the above, the Hotel/Resort reserves the rights to revise the room rates quoted
herein should there be a revision and/or imposition of new tax/levy by the government. Such tax/levy shall be borne by the guest and
collected upon check-in.
10. This e-room voucher is not refundable and not redeemable for cash.
11. Lexis Hotel Group and its subsidiaries shall not be held responsible for the loss of the e-room voucher and any losses or damages
suffered by the bearer of this e-room voucher arising from or in connection with the loss or usage of the e-room voucher.
12. Validity of the e-room voucher is from 16 June 2020 until 31 January 2021.
