INFORMATION

The undersigned, SEBASTIAN ARRASTIA, accuses CHRISTOPHER


COLUMBANO of the crime of SLIGHT PHYSICAL INJURIES, committed as follows, to
wit:

That on or about 09 November 2013 at about 6 o’clock pm, in the City of


Mandaluyong, Metro Manila and within the jurisdiction of this Honorable Court, the
said accused did there and then willfully, unlawfully and feloniously, and without
justifiable cause therefor, attach, assault, and beat one MARCO POLLO, striking him
on the head and arms, thereby inflicting the latter physical injuries, which have
required medical attention for a period of five days, and have incapacitated him
from labor and studies for the same period of time.

Contrary to law.
