Dear Teachers,
This questionnaire serves as a data gathering tool for my research study. I would be
grateful if you devote some of your time to answer this questionnaire to find out about
your perceptions towards using collaborative work to enhance the critical thinking skills
of your learners. You are kindly requested to tick (✔) the right box or provide the full
