It incorporates the relevant symbols from British Standard BS 5395-1:2009 and supersedes GK/RT3100 Issue 1. The standard applies to all signalling plans, scheme plans, operating notices, standards and instructions for use within the railway group. Compliance with this standard is mandatory for new or altered work from 3rd February 2014.
