Technical Session

2. Welcome the gathering

Good afternoon! Honourable Guests, members of the press, faculty members and the students present
here. I am Keerthana and I feel privileged to welcome you all on behalf of Sri Dharmasthala
Manjunatheswara Institute for Management Development to the Invited Technical Session of the 8th
International Conference on Emerging Trends in Corporate Finance & Financial Markets.

3. Inviting Dignitaries on the dais.

After a resourceful morning session, we are here to begin with the technical session. With not much
ado, let me invite our esteemed guest, Mr. Sameer Parekh, Founder & Director at Greshma Shares &
Stocks Ltd, Mumbai and our respected faculty, Prof. R Sugant , Session Chair, to take their seats on the
dais.

4. Profile of the chief guest Mr. Sameer Parekh

It’s an honour to introduce our special invitee of the day. Mr. Sameer Parekh has completed his
Bachelors of Computer Sciences from Christian Brothers University and Masters of Science in Business
Administration concentration in Information Systems, from University of Memphis, Menphis,
Tenneessee, USA.

He started his career as a Senior Analyst at Health Choice LLC, Memphis, Tenneessee, USA in 2001 for a
period of 4 years. He served as a Senior Vice President at Liladhar Pasoo Logistics  from 2005-2007,
Mumbai, India. Prior to that he was associated with ValueRock Broking Services, channel partner of
Sunidhi Securities as Director for a period of 2 years. He is the Founder and Director at Greshma Shares
& Stocks Ltd at Mumbai, India since 2009 where he is Responsible for the overall growth of the company
in broking & NBFC operations.
