Never separate it from winch, at this time.

1.3. Centering of car door operator (center open)


a. Mark a point where a place of ½ of Car Door Operator.
b. Adjust the center of car door operator to sill center through plumbing (0±1 ㎜)
c. Adjust the distance from door rail surface to car sill to be 46.4±1 ㎜.
d. Check the distance from car sill top to bottom of door rail that is 2164±1 ㎜. And
tight bolt firmly.

b. Assemble the door holder to hanger plate with bolts (M8*25, 6points).

c. Check whether there is gap in two doors when they were closed fully.
d. Adjust door gap to be 5±1 ㎜ with nuts of door holder (Door sill to Car door bottom,
Car door to Entrance column)

e. Check whether door panel travels over 2.5mm more than entrance column.

f. 2 door panels must be aligned at the center of car sill when they were fully closed.

a. Adjust the distance from car door center to coupler center to be ‘X1’
b. The vertical straightness of coupler skate should be within 0±1mm.

c. Adjust stopper so that the catch lever can fit into the pin at the door close
d. Adjust bumper so that the distance from vane to vane is 46±1mm when a door is
opened.
e. Adjust the distance from vane to vane is 15±1mm when a door is closed.

f. Check whether the distance from interlock roller to roller is 38mm.


g. Check whether the distance from car sill to interlock roller surface is 8±1mm
h. Check whether the distance from vane edge to landing sill is 8±1mm.
i. Check whether the distance from interlock roller and vane is 8mm for left side. And for
right side, it is 15mm.

1.6. Centering of car door operator (side open)


a. Plumb down from car operator to car sill center and align centers (OPW) within 0
±1mm by moving car door operator
b. Plumb down from each end(L/R) of door rail(OPW), and adjust the distance from
face of door rail to car sill within 46.4±1mm.
c. Adjust the distance from top of car sill to bottom rail within OPH+64±1mm.

a. Fast door panel must to get to front pole wholly when it is closed.
b. And fast door and slow door end parts must be aligned as below picture.

c. Gate switch must on state when car door closes before 8mm and switch stroke is
6mm.

a. Check distance from OPW center to coupler center with below table.

1.9. Tension adjustment


a. If the door alignment may be failed, loosen double nuts on air-cord or align car door
with pole.
b. Adjust of aircord to deflect 15±1mm by 1kgf load.

c. Adjust tension of timing belt to deflect 17±1.5mm at 1kgf load when a door is closed.
d. Adjust tension of motor V-belt to deflect 7±1mm at 3kgf load when a door is closed.
e. Use an idle pulley fixing bolts in tension adjustment.

2. Car door device (SED)


2.1. Car door operator assembling
a. Place the car door operator onto door bracket at ceiling with a winch temporary.
Never separate it from winch, at this time.
b. Assemble the car door operator and door bracket with bolts temporary for the next

2.2. Centering of car door operator


a. Mark a point where a place of ½ of Car Door Operator.
b. Adjust the center of car door operator to sill center through plumbing (0±1 ㎜)
c. Adjust the distance from door rail surface to car sill to be 58±1 ㎜.
d. Check the distance from car sill top to bottom of door rail that is E.H+104±1 ㎜. And
tight bolt firmly.

a. Place car door on the car sill and assemble the door holder to car door temporary.
b. Assemble the door holder to hanger plate with bolts (M10*25, 4points).

c. Check the car entrance and car door vertical (0±0.5 ㎜) when door is opened.
d. Check if there is gap in two doors when they were closed fully.
e. Adjust door gap to be 5±1 ㎜ with nuts of door holder (Door sill to Car door bottom,
Car door to Entrance column)
f. Check if the hanger plates touch the stopper when car door is closed.

2.4. Coupler adjustment

a. Because the coupler adjustment is being done at factory, the field adjustment is not
required generally. But if the roller engagement is not good, adjust it at field as
referring below picture.

2.5. Adjustment of inter-lock


a. Work condition
a) The landing door operator, L-sill and C-sill must accord to center of car door
device.
b) The car balance must be adjusted and completed
b. Interlock adjustment
a) Check if the landing door is accord to the L-center line when a door is close.
b) Check if the landing door is accord to the jamb when a door is opened fully.
c) Adjust the gap to be 3±0.5mm between hook and interlock
d) Check if the switch stroke is 2 ~ 5 mm.

2.6. OLS, CLS Magnet S/W

a. CLS adjustment: When the car door is fully closed, the distance of reed switch is
each 0±1mm and 4±1mm based on the magnet (refer to Pic.8-9).
b. OLS adjustment: When the car door is fully opened, the door travel distance is 416
㎜. At this time, the OLS adjustment method is same as CLS adjustment.
c. If the car door travel distance is not 416mm, adjust the distance to be 416mm. And
adjust the OLS.

b. Adjust SCS stroke and check the photo beam height. (Electric beam line of Tx
and RX should be aligned when door is closed and opened)

SES stroke adjustment

3.2. Photo Sensor


a. Fix the photo sensor with screw and Nuts. Use liners (AEN00D122*B, 2EA) to adjust
photo sensor.
b. Remove protection film of Tx and Rx.
c. Use 2 of M4 screws to fix a bracket at door reinforce pole.
d. After above f~g, check the normal operation of Tx and Rx.
e. Perform the wiring setting (Refer to photo sensor wiring of next page)

3.3. Wiring of SCS and Photo sensor


a. Use ⑦M8 Bolt & Nut to fix ②Fastener at ①D/M Frame.
b. Use ⑧Tie Band and ②Fastener to assemble ⑥Cable temporary. The cable must be
loosening condition.
c. Fix ⑥Cable at hole of reinforce pole of car door with tapping screw and Clip.
d. Fix ③Retainer to car door.
e. Bind the photo cable and SES cable with tie band every 150mm distance.( In case
additional spare cable(2m) is applied to car, Bind it with photo cable and SES cable)
f. Adjust cable as right diagram.
g. Use ⑧Tie Band and assemble to ②Fastener.
*The installation and adjustment of wiring must be done after door close.
