 How can I make Fabric conjunction?

Length)  1000 (Kilogram) Total Marker Pcs  Dzn (12) + Wastage (5% or 10%) = Total
Required Fabrics in Kgs.

169  54  180 1500 1000 8  12 +10 % = 1.80 Kgs

Note: Total one color has 2050 Pcs ------------------- How much required Fabrics in Kgs.

Total Qty  Dzn  Total Conjunction = Total Kgs.

2050 12  1.80 = 307 Kgs Fabrics

OR.

How to Calculate Fabric Price?

Yarn Price = 2.85/Kg + LC Operating Charge (3%) + Knitting Charge + Dyeing Charge +
Process Lose (5-10%) = Fabric Price

Example : $ 2.85/Kg + 3% (L.C) = $ 2.94 + 0.20 (Knit) + 0.40 (Dye) = $ 4.54 + 10% (P.L) =$
4.99/Kg.

Color Wise Dyeing Charge:

White Fabric = .50/Kg

Pastel (Light) Fabrics = 1.10/Kg
Medium Fabrics = 1.45/Kg
Dark Fabrics = 1.75/Kg
Extra Dark/Black/Royal = 1.90/Kg

How Can I get Fabric Consumption & Fabrics Price ?

Say: ** Body Length = 85, Chest Width = 52, Sleeve Length = 44 & G.S.M = 240

Fabric Description: 100 % Cotton S/J

Fabric Need = [(85+5+44+5)  52+5]  2  12  240/10000000+10%

= [(90+49)  57]  2  12  240/10000000+10%
= (13957)  2  12  240/10000000+10%
= 7923 12  240/10000000+10%
= 45636480/10000000 + 10%
= 4.563648 +10%
= 4.563648 + .4563
= 5.02 Kgs Fabrics

Say Per Kgs Price : US$ 6.00/Kgs

Fabrics Price:
Total Fabric Need 5.00 Kg  $ 6.00 = $ 30.00
Trim/ Accessories (Minimum Charge) = $ 2.50
Cutting & Making Charge (C.M) = $ 5.00
Printing Charge (If any) = $
Embroidery Charge (If any) = $
Buying Commission (If necessary) 5% = $ 1.97

= $ 39.47/12
= $ 3.29/Pcs.

How can I find-out CBM (Cubic Metter) ?

** At first we have know the carton Length, Width & Height.

Formula:

(1) 0.63  0.53  0.51 9L33) = Result [CM]

(2) 025  .21  .20  Number of Carton = Result. [Inch.]

Example:

Say

Carton Length : 65 cm
Carton Width : 54 cm
Carton Height : 52 cm
Total Carton : 56

= 0.65  0.54 0.52  56 = 10.22 CBM Goods.

How can I find out Embroidery Costing?

2500 stitch/Pcs  12 Pcs = 30,000 Stitch/Doz/12000 stitch (Per 12000 Stitch = $ 0.40) 
$0.40 = 1.00/Doz Cot.

How can I find out Poly Bag Costing?

Total Length  Width  Thickness (36 cm  28 cm  10 mm)

= 10080/72000= 0.14 Pcs/LBs

** Poly Per LBS Price Tk. 30.00

** Per LBS Approximate = 30-35 Pcs

30.00 Tk. / 30 Pcs/Lbs = 0.9375/ Pcs

Each Color Added : 0.15 Tk.

Add one color then 0.9375 +0.15 Tk. = 1.0875 Tk. / Pc  12 = 13.05 Tk/Dzn
