We would like to request preparation of contract for the completion of the above mentioned project to wit;

SCOPE OF WORKS:

Supply of labor, materials, tools, equipment and technical supervision for the ff;

Ι. AREA COVERAGE:

 Festival Mall Expansion – 45units

II. MOBILIZATION:

 Contractor to conduct a site inspection for the actual condition and measurements
 Contractor to provide Contractor All Risk Insurance (CARI) and necessary Government
permits (if required).
 Contractor to provide safety equipments, signage’s, safety gears for manpower, and
caution signage’s to ensure public safety.
 Contractor to submit methodology and bar chart for schedule of works.

III.CIVIL WORKS:

 Dismantling of existing fire exit door and jambs,


 Replacement of defective door closer and panic device. (Same specs or equivalent)
 Alignment of doors
 Installation of stainless steel door jamb and stainless steel door panel
 Others: Restoration/Repainting of affected areas

IV. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

 Contractor to submit Technical Properties of the materials to be applied or use.


 Contractor to conduct joint inspection with Engineering Personnel prior to turn over and
acceptance.
 Manual corrections of deficiencies listed on the punch list.
 Contractor to maintain cleanliness at all times particularly every after the scheduled
works.
 Contractor to haul debris outside FCC premises daily.
V. Warranty:

 Contractor to provide warranty on the project for (1) year from the date of final acceptance in
workmanship and damaged due to faulty materials.
