SWIFT MT103/202 CASH TRANSFER FTP MODE/THE RECEIVER BANK DETAILS

KEY TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

1. The wire transfer is based upon the SWIFT MT103/202 CASH TRANSFER FTP MODE cloud interface.

2. The Relevant 30 digits, Alpha Numeric Transaction Reference Number “TRN” Readable at field 20 in a
standard swift FIN 103 FTP scheme visible within the GLOBAL SWIFT INTERNATIONAL PLATFORM and
the funds transferred can be tracked therein.

3. The funds delivered to the Receiver of record by means of the wire transfer are cleared, clean,
immediately available after completion of the download and tightly linked to the already mentioned
TRN.

DOWLOADING PROCEDURES.

Use of Swift.com “FTP” mode The Bank officer Requires to conduct searches to track TRN onto International
Global Swift System, by The designated 12th level Bank Officer must to login to the Swift.com interface and
login to System with the PIN bank code, Which has to be re-inputted afterwards before exiting the interface,
once the download procedure has been concluded.

1. The Bank officer operator is required to conduct the search using Input the “Transaction Reference
Number” (TRN) in Global Swift System not in “Local Swift” (The Bank officials shouldn’t use the TRN
normal searches, Which will not find on transaction)

2. When The Bank officer operator locates the funds with the Transaction Reference Number on Global
Swift System, The Bank officer operator is required to input the “KEY CODE” and The “AMOUNT” The
Download a Transaction will start, and the funds will be delivered to the receiving bank’s Common
Account (Local Swift)

3. The Bank officer operator input the Final Code order into the Receiver account, When the bank officer
input the RELEASE CODE The system run Automatic funds delivery in receiver account and can be
immediately to enable the funds.
