Reasons for Textile Testing

The testing of textile is an expensive business. A lab has to set up and furnished with a range of test
equipments. Trained operatives has to be employed and paid throughout the year. These all costs are
non productive and entails high cost to the product. Therefore its important that testing is not
undertaken without adding some benefit to the final product.

There are no of points in the production cycle where testing is carried out to improve the product or to
prevent sub standard merchandise progress further in the cycle.

their will be on going relation ship of customer with you and surely he will order future orders to
your firm.

So in this way if textile testing is expensive but the benefits that we get through it are much
expensive that the amount spent on testing.

So i will say textile testing is not expensive to any firm.
