QR Code Tracing App

Step1 .Create a new account at website then follow the instructions till you can sign in.

Step2 .After signing in you can register your details.

Step3 .Once you’ve signed in ,you can start using COVID Tracer to create a digital diary of the locations
you visit.

Step4 .Select the ‘Scan’ option and point your camera at any COVID-19 QR code poster so the code fits
within the target area on the display of your phone.

Step5 .Your phone will vibrate and a green tick will show up on the display when the QR code has been
scanned successfully.

Getting official QR code posters

Step1 .Get COVID Tracer QR code posters through webforms.

Step2 .To use the webform, it will need the address details for each of the premises,the user email
address and an email address and contact phone number for each of the locations.

Step3 .Once completed the template,send it to the team in charge.

Step4 .Once verified,the team will generate the official QR code poster or posters and send them to the
email addresses provided in the template.

Step 5.Print and post the Qr code posters on designated locations.
