with support of locations where BBS Process will be

3 Identification ( Selected / Voluntarily opted ) of DSO & LIC (Preferably 3/4 observers). 3 to 4
BBS observers by DSO & LIC Observers should be mix of Officers
and BCW and if the location is
having strength more than 50

4 Training & Input to BBS observers on their role DSO Training will be at Location.

in Safety Committee Meeting and
BBS progress will be recorded in
minutes of Safety Committee
meeting every month.

Once identified unsafe behaviours


are completely eliminated on
sustained basis, new unsafe
behaviours will be selected for
observations and process its
elimination of thru BBS continues.
9 Quarterly submission of Performance Report on DSO to Regional List and No. of unsafe behaviours
