The parts list is used to order replacement parts and enter areacodes. To use the parts list correctly, read the description belowcarefully.
2. Precautions
·       To make the illustrationeasy to see, hardware such as screws are shown in alphabets. Theirshapes are not shown.
·       Read notes in the Description column carefully before orderingand replacing parts.
·       The area codes are shown on plates respectively. The areacodes (such as toner and Current Adjustment values) which cannotbe shown as parts on plates are

5. Using Parts Navigation
This section describes how to use the Navigation screen (illustrated)
The Navigation screen is divided into two layers, under whichthere is another layer of PLs.
The first (top) layerhas these two.
·The
  Navi 1.1(Processor)
whole processorincluding DADF is divided into six modules. which are illustratedeach for good understanding. Find the module which includes the desiredpart
and click on Navi 2.X or PL shown at the end of the call out. Navi2.X shows there is a more detailed illustration of the module. Otherwise, youwill be directly linked to
the applicable PL.
·  Navi 1.2(Option)
This provides informationon options (except DADF). The usage of this is the same as thatof Navi 1.1.
The second layer has these seven.
·The
  Navi 2.1 to 2.7
module foundin Navi 1.1 and 1.2 is divided into more modules, which link tothe related PLs. The screen here uses PLXX to show all the partsin the detailed
module. Click on the applicable item, and you willsee the illustration of the applicable PL. Find the desired partin the PL illustration to learn the part's item no. After
that,obtain the appropriate part no. from the list.
On E-DOC, clicking on the item no. makes the List screendisplayed. Then the appropriate part no. can be found.
The third (bottom) layer has PLXXs.

Clicking on Navi2.X or PLXX on the upper left of the illustration makes you returnto Navi 1.1 for Processor parts and to Navi 1.2 for options.

6. Precaution on theabbreviation of destinations

To show shipment destinations, abbreviations of them listed inPreface 4 Abbreviations of Destinations, Chapter 0 are basicallyused throughout the manual. However,
because of the structure of text and figures, DESCRIPTION columns and figures use the abbreviations below to show the following market areas:
