AHA-BCHT REFLECTION PAPER

For AHA Certificate course that contributed to my learning process is it has given me more knowledge not only to be
learn but also to use in my future career and to share with others especially in same course that I took now. Because
AHA is an example of online course not only for teaching in school but it can be use and study everywhere. And the AHA
course can go back and study whatever they are want the course modules to learn more about the lessons. Because of
this online course we will learn more and more especially the CHIM students of olfu because we will do this someday in
our future and some good ways we can contribute it for the others like we can share some ideas to know them what are
we doing in online course, we say to them that this AHA online course is not just online course but this AHA course can
give more knowledge to enhance more our ideas. My favorite part or module in AHA course is Module 9 which is
Enhancing Your Listening Skills this module is my favorite part because listening is very important in communication also
in the workplace. Listening is key to all effective communication. Without the ability to listen effectively, messages are
easily misunderstood. Base on module listening is such a simple act if we truly allow ourselves to actually listen to what
others saying. For better learning and better enhance ourselves we must understand and learn the 10 Main Principles
Effective and Active Listening we must review this to enhance our listening skills. And also its important that when we
have good listening skills, we not only to ‘hear’ what’s being said, but we listen to the whole message as well. When the
times have on job first that we must training our listening skills because it is important in our hospitality industry Simply
by continuing to provide their AHA services to enable us to gain more and more knowledge about it. Because AHA is one
of the important online course in our college it provides learnings to us not only for the learnings but it could be in the
future as we work in hotels, restaurants etc, it can really help us to improve as hospitality students because we will take
it wherever we are and we can use it at the same time. And it will improve for by improving the efficiency and
competitiveness of industry and can enhance civil participation in society . The relevance of AHA course in my
course/subject it can help for me to being a good and a great example of a CHIM students. Since I am still a studying, we
are teaching how to be a good hospitality student or how to be a good person to others. So, this course is much better
for us because the more we know about it our job is the better we will be able to do the job we will get so that we will
not be embarrassed, or be wrong in whatever we do. It is common that when we learn something new, we feel the need
to share it with others. This is another purpose of education, sharing knowledge. In the case when the course you are
taking is part of a bigger community or network of people you can encourage others by sharing what you have learned
from the free online courses.

You can join hundreds of thousands of young people from all over the world that have benefited from our AHA online
course and learn the secrets for successful. All these can help to generate an idea or project and develop it in a way that
can bring a change to your community and beyond.
