Curriculum of "The CPHRM Program": HR Foundations
The CPHRM Program is a competency development program which imparts key competencies
related to Human Resources Management to candidates aspiring for a successful career in HRM. The
program consists of 7 modules and each module consists of 4 to 10 units. Each unit consists of a
classroom training session conducted by an expert, assignments and course projects. The program
will be conducted in about 100 hours spread across 2-3 months. Participants are expected to spend
about 10-12 hours per week to complete the program successfully.
After completion of the program, a comprehensive written examination and a practical skills
assessment will be conducted. Candidates successful in the examination and practical assessment
will be awarded the certificate giving them the title “CPHRM - Certified Professional in Human
Resources Management”
