Introduction:
Cybx rules is a mix between deezire and red storm mods, with lots of additions and
changes that make it one of the most complete mods around.

Soviet forces: Hind Transport Passengers upgraded to 8, Mind drones, Patriot tank,
Spy, Jellyfish, Hellicarrier with special fighter, Antonov, Mig29.
Note: Tekka and Dark Tekka Warriors are available if you capture an allied (Tekka) or
soviet (Dark Tekka) tech centers.
