The undersigned Public Prosecutor hereby accuses OBET BUENA


of the crime of ARSON committed as follows:

That, on or about September 1, 2010, at about 10:00 p.m. at


nighttime purposely sought to facilitate the commission of the offense,
at 1st St., District of Quiapo, City of Manila and within the jurisdiction of
this Honorable Court, the said accused did then and there willfully,
unlawfully, and feloniously perform all the acts of execution which
would produce the crime of arson as a consequence, by throwing a
lighted torch and a can of gasoline at a Barangay Hall in the said
street, causing as a result the complete burning and destruction of the
same to the damage and prejudice of the City of Manila, in the amount
of P5,000,000.00.
