Meeting with Mr Anne (1/9/20)

As Mr Suresh was unavailable last week, I had discussion with Ms Anne instead.

Ms Anne stresses the importance of effective delegation skills. It is important that


before assigning job to anybody, one must

1. Get To Know Your Employee – Knowing the skill, the employee specializes
in before delegating, makes the task easy to accomplish, less time consuming
and gives better results.
2. To Have a Plan – It is important for managers to first plan out roles and chalk
out responsibilities and then delegate authority. This makes the purpose and
process of reaching the goal clear to every individual

My immediate goal will be to maintain the workflow between centre of operation in kl


and pass the correct info on time to both marketing and finance team that were
located out. I am working work HR manager to smoothen to workplace to ensure
smooth flow of info without any errors or delays.

Section 4 - Situational motivation keys to effectiveness 

Reinforcement which results in the increase rate or strength of a response. 


 Positive reinforcement refers to the presentation of the reinforcing stimulus vs
negative which is the removal of the stimulus. 
 Neutral - consequences which result in the extinction effect or 
 Punishment which results in a decreased rate of response. 

The Balance of Consequences 


 The weighed between the pluses and minuses on both sides of a choice. 

 Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation 


 Intrinsic or extrinsic

 Certain or uncertain 

 How to optimize intrinsic motivation


 Wholeness of work - making chairs 
 Create the challenge 
 Self control autonomy
