As Mr Suresh was unavailable last week, I had discussion with Ms Anne instead.
1. Get To Know Your Employee – Knowing the skill, the employee specializes
in before delegating, makes the task easy to accomplish, less time consuming
and gives better results.
2. To Have a Plan – It is important for managers to first plan out roles and chalk
out responsibilities and then delegate authority. This makes the purpose and
process of reaching the goal clear to every individual
