1. PMM Work :-
Objective: - These work procedure is established to make Level and Smoothness sections of
the structure.
Equipment: - Tray, Hand Gloves, Brush , Bucket/ Mortar Pan tools etc.
Procedure:-
1. After hacking of existing surface, surface grinding is done to the edges of RCC
2. Apply suitable bonding agent to the concrete surface before application of mortar to
3. Mix Molith PMM powder with water in the proportion of 170 to 190 ml of water to 1
kg of PMM powder to get a cohesive mortar.
4. Apply it to the repaired surface with trowel to achieve required finished surface.

Objective :- These work procedure is established to achieve homogeneous, high strength rcc
structure by grouting with low viscosity high molecular weight thermoset polymer.
Equipment: - Epoxy grouting pump, PVC Nipple, Drill machine, blower machine, Chessel ,
Hammer tools etc.
Procedure:-
4. Clean the holes by air blower prior to fixing nozzle.Fix nozzle in holes by applying
thixotropic epoxy putty to ensure complete setting. Cure it for 12 hrs.
6. Cut the nozzle by chisel after completion of grouting without damaging structural
elements.

Objective: - This work procedure is established to provide high stiffness and strength to
RCC member, with application Carbon laminate over the surface.
Equipment: - Mixing jar, Drill Machine, Roller, Stirrer Rod, Tools & tackles.
Procedure:
2. The laminate strips is cut out with required length by means of mechanical cutter.
3. The Carbon laminate adhesive will be added with proportion as per TDS and
4. The mixed Adhesive is applied on marked portion on beams and also applied on
Laminate strips.
5. The strips is fixed on marked portion on beams and roller is applied on the
Laminate strips for smoothen surface and to avoid air void in between.

Objective: - This work procedure is established to achieve a high stiffness, high tensile
strength structure with application of carbon fiber.
Equipment: - Measuring jar, Roller, Stirrer Rod, PVC Hand gloves , Tools & tackles.
Procedure:-
1. After marking the location where wrap is going to come must be smoothen by
applying PMM mortar.
2. Apply base coat /Primer to prepared RCC structure and simultaneously wrap
unidirectional carbon fiber and it should be rolled with hard roller to air voids.
3. Over the fiber surface epoxy adhesive applied and quartz Sand sprinkled over it to
receive further finishes.
