Method
Kazingani soya ndi mtedza zidikireni zizizire
Sakanizani soya, mtedza, mpunga, popcorn, wheat ndi ma biscuit.
Petani chimanga chanu muike padera
Pitani kuchigayo akayambe kugaya zosakanizazo kenaka chimanga, zisakanizeni
bwinobwino ukatero ufa wanu watheka
Kaphikidwe
Phikani phala lanu mwa nthawi zonse osaiwala kuponyamo ka mchere ndi ka
sugar, 15-20 minutes limakhala lapsya
Cake
Very easy to make but still yummy, Condensed Milk Pound Cake; oven iyasidwe to
350degrees before you start your preparations; ingridients; 3/4 tin of condensed
milk, 1/3 +1cup all purpose flour, 3/4teaspoon baking powder, 1/2 teaspoon salt;
1 cup butter (if u dont want it very rich use 1/2 cup, or 4 tablespoons butter at
room temperature, (unsalted butter) if you use salted then reduce the salt,
1/2cup granulated sugar, 3 eggs, 2tablespoons vanilla; Method; mix flour, baking
powder and salt set aside; cream butter, sugar till fluffy and light; add eggs one at
a time; add condesed milk; and vanilla; add in dry mixture of flour, salt and baking
powder; cream together and put in your baking tin; Reduce your oven to the
lowest point before you start to bake; an bake on that lowest heat mpaka ipse;
set aside for not less than ten minutes before you attempt to remove from baking

I kg flour 1 teaspoon yeast pinch of salt 3/4 teaspoon baking powder sugar
according to your liking you can add 2 eggs optional ..mix all dry ingredients
together then add yeast in warm water little by little zisafewe kapena zisalimebe
kwambiri zikafewa kwambiri zimamwa mafuta..then cover and wait for 30 +
minutes zifufume..
Ice Cream
Home made icecream... U will need cream ( 1 litre) fresh milk about 750 mls,
sugar about a cup 250 gms ( or according to ur taste).. a teaspoon of vanilla
essence. mix sugar milk and heavy cream .. Pour ur mixture in a pot and put the
pot on fire.. as the bubbles start popping, remove from the fire, let it cool add
vanilla and put the mixture in a container and freeze.. when it frozen enjoy it with
family and friends..
CAKE
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 large eggs
Mix them all as we usually do. Divide the mixture into 2 thus putting in 2
containers. In one mixture add cocoa powder. 4 spoons of cocoa. Basi you start
pouring in your baking tin. Kuchita pour without cocoa kenako ya cocoa. Basi
choncho mpaka all the contents zathilidwa. Then bake. Osayiwala kupaka butter
your baking tin
Tomato Sauce
Home made tomato sauce Ingredients -Tomato wokuphya bwino. Asakhale wamadzi pali mavariety
amakhala ndi mnofu. Makamaka wosongoka uja. Ngati palibe mukhoza kugwiritsa tomato wina aliyense
- pafunikanso sugar - Mchere -Vinegar - ma spice awa malinga ndi kukonda- garlic powder; black pepper;
ginger powder ndi coriander powder. Method -Tengani teaspoon yaspice ililyonse ndikumanga
pakansalu (muslin) - kuponya kansalu mli ma spice aja mu 2 liters ya madzi ndi kuwiritsa for 10 minutes

kenako thirani 1/4 cup ya Vinegar ndikusakaniza - Phulani - Mumusiye azizire pamg'ono - Mukhoza
kuthira m'mbotolo -pamenepa sauce wanu watheka

Sat- BF: Mbatata/ chinangwa; Lunch : Nsima + Beans/Nthumbwana ; Dinner: Nsima+ beans + soya mince
Beef: stew plain, stew adding spices & veges (cut in a normal way)
Grill or roast pa makala

In bread crumbs i use normal bread toast bread then grated, add your spices & ka ufa pang'ono, boil the
chicken. Iswani dzira or mazira awiri malinga ndikuchuluka kwa nkhuku, deep the chicken in eggs then
bread you may repeat then kukazinga
You may do the same by just using flour.
