Mr.Purush Purushothaman is the Chairman of Immilaw.

He is a Canadian legal academic and a lawyer at the Supreme Court of India.
Currently, he is a Visiting Faculty at the New School for Social Research, a
research university centred in New York City, USA. He has vast research
and teaching experience in various countries like US, Canada, New Zea-
land, India, and Australia. Most recently, he was offered a position of invited
professor at the University of Paris. With his truly international experience
as a lawyer in various legal systems and as a scholar in various countries,

Another prominent figure behind this innovative collaboration is Ms. Sindu-

mole John, a Canadian licensed immigration lawyer based in Ottawa,
Canada. She received a Master’s in Law from the prestigious Osgoode Hall
Law School in Toronto, Canada with a specialization in human rights and
disability law. Subsequently, she received another Masters in Labour Stud-
ies from McMaster University in Hamilton and served as Teaching Fellow
at the Faculty of Social Sciences, McMaster University. Subsequently, she
completed Juris Doctor Professional degree in law at Osgoode Hall Law
Sindumole John
JD, LL.M (Osgoode), School and received the Certificate of Qualification from the Federation of
MA (McMaster) Law Societies of Canada. She also completed the Law Practice Program
(LPP) at Ryerson University, Toronto. Following the later, she qualified Bar-
rister and Solicitor examinations conducted by the Law Society of Ontario
and was called to the Bar of Ontario. She is the founding director of Immilaw
Immigration Law Professional Corporation in Canada.

Priyanath J S is a Migration Agent registered with the Office of the Migra-

tion Agents Registration Authority (OMARA) in Australia. He worked previ-
ously with the Australian Red Cross in its Migration Support Programs. As a
caseworker with the Australian Red Cross since 2011, he dedicated himself
to address the problems of the asylum seekers. He has developed a deep
understanding of the problems of the refugees whose unresolved visa status
makes them a vulnerable cohort of legal limbo. He completed a Graduate
Certificate in Migration Law and Practice at Victoria University, Melbourne.
