CRITERIA FOR CLASSROOM EVALUATION


A. ROOM STRUCTURING & BEAUTIFICATION (60 POINTS) Score
1. SIGNBOARD of the entrance of the room identifying the Grade/section of students & name of
teacher-adviser (5 points)
2. A framed copy of the CLASS SCHEDULE displayed in the door in the classroom at the eye level (3
points)
3. Presence of CHALKBOARD properly framed on the wall facing the class (4 points)
4. A framed picture of DEPED & GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS (7 points)
5. COLOR OF THE ROOM not glaring to the eyes (4 points)
6. Presence of TEACHING GUIDE/LESSON PLAN, etc. on the teacher’s table (5 points)
7. CLEAN FLOOR & CHAIRS (10 points)
8. Health Corner/First Aid Kits & healthy potted PLANTS inside the classroom(5 points)

9. A display of SCHOOL RULES & REGULATIONS (3 points)


10. Presence of CLASS TRACKING SYSTEM: Enrolment, No. of chairs, Vision, Mission, Cleaners for
today, Achievers, B-day of the month (9 points)
11. Appropriate display of SAYINGS “ e.g. Honesty is the Best Policy” (4 points)

1. Complete Attendance of Students with Proper Uniform
C. BASIC EDUCATION INFORMATION SYSTEM (10 POINTS).

D. ASSIGNED AREA ( 20 POINTS).
