DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS

I, CEZAR G. DE LEON, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of San Jose,
Malino, Mexico, Pampanga for and in consideration of the sum of ONE HUNDRED
THOUSAND PESOS (₱100,000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of absolute sale unto LE
VERNE B. SALAS, of legal age, single, Filipino and a resident of San Jose, Malino, Mexico,
Pampanga, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest the following described real
property which is covered by Transfer Certificate of Title 599164-R of the Registry of Deeds
of Pampanga free from all liens and encumbrances, to wit:

TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 599164-R

"A parcel of land (lot H-1-G of the subd. plan Psd-03-


145938, being a portion of Lot H-1, Psd-03-140917, LRC. Rec.
No. ), situated in the Bo. of San Jose Malino, Mun. of Mexico,
Prov. of Pamp. xxx.containing an area of ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY
ONE (181) Square Meters, more or less xxx"
