PROFILE SUMMARY
• Detailed job planning by preparing Progress Reports.
• Coordinating with the engineering department for the engineering deliverables.
• Studying the P&IDs, GADs and Isometric drawings.
• Reviewing the project execution schedule.
• Providing redesign solutions for the site modification or changes (S.E.R & M.O.C).
• Responsible for monitoring on site construction activitieslike piping andstructure fabrication and
erection ensuring quality procedure and taking necessary action to maintain the required standards.
• Executing the job in a running plant byall the safety requirements.
 Hydro test & Pneumatic test inspection.
 Coordination with NDT team at site.
 Review contractors welding procedures and ensure compliance to the Client specification
 Coordinating for the preparation of project specific Procedures, Work Instructions and Quality Plans as
required and issue as per the contractor Quality System Procedures
 Coordinating with Management representative for Internal And External Quality Audits, Quality System
and follow-up audits.

ROLE& RESPONSIBILITY
 Inspection of joints fit up, alignment and dimensional accuracy as per drawing requirements.
 Offering ofNDT Test involves to Inspection Agency & Approve.
 Review of NDT Test Report with Client.
 Study of P&ID, GA & Isometric Drawing.
 Knowledge of Hot Tapping, PMI, Hardness test.
 Good Knowledge of different welding process like GTAW, SMAW, GMAW& Specification Details as
per referencing codes and standards like ASME Section IX.
 Familiar with Material and Welding electrode inspection as per standards like ASTM,
 Review of Preheating Post-heating and PWHT Graph.
 To ensure related activities are carried out in accordance with project specification
 Preparation of welding inspection summary
 Maintaining welding inspection/NDT reports and record tracking
 Follow up with the site engineer and supervisor in their respective areas and preparation of Management
Information Report and cost control report
 Preparation of daily and weekly progress report.
 Technical support to Contractor supervisors
