1.0 INTRODUCTION

1.1 Chairperson welcomed all representatives from Client and


Consultants.

2.0 CONTRACTUAL MATTERS

2.1 TK is currently finalizing LOA and to be issued to BCE by next week. TK 10th Oct 2019
2.2 Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for main consultants and sub TK
consultant has been signed off and returned to TK.

2.3 TK informed that Power of Attorney Letter (PA) is currently in TK


process and target to be ready by next week.
2.4 TK advised BCE to submit 1st claim due to completion of survey work. TK

3.0 PROJECT SCHEDULE & TIMELINE

3.1 LAND SURVEYOR

3.11 UD completed land surveys for lot 3749, 4931 5031 and 4929, info
3921,4559, 5482, 5483, 5736,26280 & 26279 and has emailed
to all.

3.12 UD to carry out topographic survey for the remaining lot UD 19th Oct 2019

3.13 SAHA requested key plan and location of development area UD


from UD and to email to all parties.

3.2 TOWN PLANNER

3.21 ESP updated that LCP for planning approval is almost done BCE
but still waiting for confirmation of final layout. BCE to confirm
final layout by next week.

3.22 ESP to email temporary title to be used in tender document ESP


and pre-consultation with all correspondent.

3.3 ENVIRONMENTAL CONSULTANT

3.31 UCSB informed not yet received any response about PAT form Info
from DOE

3.32 BCE requested UCSB to arrange a meeting with DOE to appeal UCSB
on consent letter from Jabatan Perancang, KDN and PBT/YDP
for this project.

3.4 ARCHITECT, C&S & M&E CONSULTANT

3.41 SAHA informed drawing of buildings will be sent to all Info


progressively.

3.42 TK informed TKAD will be in Phase 2. Info

3.43 BCE to visit existing plant and to proceed on structural analysis. BCE

3.44 SAHA requested final proposed layout plan from BCE to BCE
proceed site plan.

3.45 BCE informed structure drawing will proceed upon final drawing TK
from SAHA. SAHA informed drawing still pending on final
review from TK.
3.46 SAHA requested M&E room & TNB substation location from HSK
HSK.

4.0 OTHER MATTERS

4.1 HRM reminded all drawings to be finalised before 15th Nov 2019 to Info
meet time frame.

4.2 HRM advised this project will be in one contract with separate Info
element and bill (building & retaining structure)

4.3 BCE to set up appointment with En Affandi, Pegawai Perancang MP BCE


Bentong by next week.

5.0 ADJOURNMENT AND NEXT MEETING

5.1 The next meeting is tentatively on Thursday 10th Oct 2019 at 3.00
p.m. Meeting adjourned at 4.30 p.m.
