Employees must log in and out daily, are given a 15 minute grace period for tardiness, and any absence over 2 hours is considered a half-day. The policy also outlines a progressive disciplinary system for offenses like tardiness and absenteeism, with sanctions ranging from written warnings to suspension to potential dismissal depending on the frequency and type of offense. Overtime, night differential pay, and holiday pay are covered as well.
