This feature offers a queue management for the radio link in downlink. For
applications using TCP as transmission it is important with a rapid feedback of
the radio link data rate (by discarding IP packets) to the TCP protocol in the
server. In this way the TCP sender can faster adjust its sending rate accordingto
the radio link capacity and avoid TCP slow-starts
This feature makes it possible to reserve more time slots in the uplink than in
downlink for GPRS mobiles supporting Extended Dynamic Allocation.
0- Not activated; 1- Activated
This feature offers a possibility to decide the scheduling frequency for TBFs that
share the same radio resources. The TBFs with better radio conditions and thus
better throughput
may be scheduled more often, while those with bad radio conditions may be
scheduled more seldom.
