O’Reilly, Chatman and Caldwell (1991) created the Organizational Culture Profile (OCP) to
measure how well a person fits into a certain organization.
This is an instrument to study both, the values of an organization and the relationship of its
individuals to the corporate culture. In this model seven factors are identified you have to write
the details :
Innovation and risk taking (Is the organization open for experiments and new ways?)
Attention to detail (How long does the organization take in implementing plans?)
Orientation toward outcomes or results (Is the company oriented to the product or rather
to production?)
People orientation (How are individuals treated within the group?)
Individual orientation vs. team orientation (Which importance plays team work and
individual performance?)
Aggressiveness (How is the organization dealing with problems and conflicts?)
