Ensure the data communication mapping list is available with the correct

revision and attached to this report.
Ensure iFAT report is available, and identify if there is any update on the
3
data communication list or not.
Establish the communication channel and ensure there is no abnormality
found.

With reference to data communication mapping list, perform 100% point to
point check (refer to point-5 ~ point-8)

DIGITAL SIGNAL
5 Verify that digital signals function correctly.
6 Verify that normally open / normally closed connections are correct.

ANALOG SIGNAL
7 Verify that analog signals function correctly.
8 Verify that analog signals are scaled properly.

CABLE REDUNDANCY
9 Perform communication redundancy check (if applicable)
10 Perform communication failure alarm

AFTER TEST
Confirm the device is left in the proper state once completion of loop test
11 activity has been carried out (No bypass, no force item, terminal cover is
closed, no overrides etc.)
Red line latest issue of design drawings for “As-Built” information (showing
12
FCN number)
Ensure all temporary bypass, connection, and settings are to be normalized
13 after pre-commissioned. Should they are to be normalized later, they shall
be recorded in punch list category ‘C’.
