1.the first and foremost challenge faced by ccbpl
nowadays as per the manager that i interviewed is meeting the increased demand of their several products as coke being the market leader when it comes to the urban market places it gets very tough sometimes to meet the needs of the entire agencies and at times the sales supervisors have to borrow the stock from an other distribution to meet their requirement. 2.customer satsfaction is the key element and core objective for ccbpl which in one way or the other also becomes a challenge for the company and especially the managers to deliver product that is 100% upto the mark and that is tested and proven ok by the quality control measures that are set by the company. 3.the competitors. in the earlier times the only competitor of coke happened to be pepsi but with the advent of new enterants in the market like gourmet,rc,colanext and master cola it has now become very difficult and challenging for this company to make it happen with an incresed price as the competitors are offering the same product with a much lesser price. 4. acquiring the right people for the right job is another challenge here by faced by the managers in particular because whatever mistake in hiring is made the suffering is to be fac ed by the managers as they are the ones who are held responsible for hiring and selection. having the right team in the right spirit at the right time doing the right job is another challenge hereby. 5.marketing of the product. now coke being an established brand also has to face some of the marketing relating challenges such as product placement and product pricing in order to compete with the competitors and to be the apple of the eye of the customers is another big challenge faced by the company and its management . > Remedies to the issues. 1.now the first mentioned challenge was meeting with the incresed demand in the urban areas especially what the managers do is at every production plant there is a reserve that they keep in order to meet any surplus orders or an uncertain demand that arises suddenly the other way to meet the demands is that the sales supervisors ask their fellow officers at other areas nearby them if they have any surplus stock of the product left with them if yes then they privde them with the surplus stock and this meets there target as well. 2.in order to satisfy the customers a quality control measure is observed by the production plant headed by the chief engineer at the plant who after ensuring that each and every bottle that is produced is upto the mark and is fulfilling the QCR laid doesnt let the bottles leave the production plant after he is okay with the stock. He then lets it out for loading purposes. furthermore the company through various channels keeps taking the feedback of the end customer in order to know whether they are satisfied or not. 3. The team at ccbpl knows that no matter how many of the competitors they get to have they have a certain market holding and that they are the market leaders at especially the urban market and even in the rural market coke as a brand is flourishing based on just one thing and that is QUALITY, its evident that the taste and quality that coke offers is explicit and exquisite in every way and no competitor is even close in terms of taste to coke. 4. the HR team of ccbpl is continuously working and finding the best of the best new recruits in order to fill the new job openings that they have nationwide they induct graduates from the top universities of the country in order to make sure that their hiring pays off in the end and that they have the right people inducted that will contribute to the betterment of the company. 5.in order to mantain the marketing strategy in an appropriate fashion and manner the managers make sure that their product be advertised and placed in such a fashion that it becomes the apple of the customers eye by having the product endorsed by celebrities who are well known they are trying to capture as much customers as they can. making the availability of the product a must even at the outskirts of the town is the priority and not only the product but equipment like coolers freezers free makeover of the shops billboards and hoardings are also given tp the retailers as a source of cheap marketing and advertisement . the above mentioned are the 5 major challenges and their remedies as per told by the middle line manager Mr.Amir Mahmood CCBPL grw pakistan. and the information is drawn through an interview conducted in which he spoke about the above issues.
