1. How does an appliance brand enhance brand presence in an already cluttered
social space?
For how your products help improve people’s lives. Social media is built for this, for
your ‘boring’ toilets, paper clips, shower caps, white-out, insurance policies, and light
bulbs.There’s a voice and vibe for everything.

Branding is the off-ignored side of digital marketing a strategy that produces real
results over the course of months, years and decades instead of minutes, hours and
days. It’s slow, traditional and long-term three characteristics that make it a digital
outliner.

While branding doesn’t produce the immediate results of a PPC campaign, it’s one of
the most valuable marketing assets around. An established, trusted brand can bring
new customers into your business in huge numbers, propelling you to the top of your
industry.

Luckily, taking the first steps towards building a trusted brand for your business isn’t
as difficult as it might seem. Below, we’ve listed seven tips to help you establish,
expand and strengthen your digital brand presence as a B2B or B2C company.

2. Online consumer reads reviews and recommendation when making a


purchase. Justify
As marketers, it is important to understand consumer usage and attitudes towards
online reviews. The latest statistics and trends, which have been compressed into an
info graphic by Invesp, show that 90% of consumers read online reviews and 88% of
them trust the online reviews as much as personal recommendations. In other words,
more people read reviews as part of their re-purchase research before buying a
product or service.
The way consumer engagement with B2B (business to business) and B2C (business to
consumer) business has evolved illustrates that 82% of consumers do read reviews
before making a purchase decisions and 60% look at reviews on a weekly basis.
Further, the study suggest that the two-thirds of consumers (68%) are willing to pay
up to 13% more for the same product or services.

However, it must be noted that an average consumer will not just read one review and
make a buying decision. 89% of consumers say they read more than 2 reviews. If we
may break it down a bit, 24% read between 2-3 reviews, 32% read 4-6 reviews and
18% read 7-10 reviews. Those who read more than 11 reviews constitute 15%. Thus
trust is largely dependent on the number of reviews being read. The more positive
reviews you have accumulated online, the better your chances of converting more
customers are.

movement. Its founder, Ardeshir Godrej, lawyer turned-serial entrepreneur and
founder of Godrej after series of failed attempts entered into locks with which the
company success story started Godrej has emerged today as a conglomerate having
business in various industries such as consumer goods, real estate online grocery store,
and chemical business.
