I hope you have completed the learning part of U.G. I Year Programme under CBCS.
Welcome you all for admission into U.G. II Year Programme. You might have chosen B.A.
or B.Com. or B.Sc. at the time of admission into I Year itself. Therefore, there is no need
to select it once again. Now it is time for you to pay tuition fee of II year duly following the
prescribed procedure. Without waiting for the declaration of I Year result, you are advised
to pay the fee before the due date so as to avoid payment of more fee in the form of late
fee after the due date. You may also note that the University has no detention system. It
may be recollected that from I to IV semesters comprise 6 courses carrying 5 credits
each. Further from I to IV semesters, 3 courses are compulsory Core Courses in each
semester which carry 5 credits each and the remaining 4 courses have 2 to 3 credits
(such as AECC, LSC, SEC and GE). In V and VI semesters, there are 6 optionals and of
which 3 are Discipline Specific Core Courses and the other 3 Displine Specific Elective
Courses with a weightage of 5 credits each. You may note that there is no need to
exercise any option as to the selection of Skill Development Courses in III semester as
they are common and compulsory for all.

As far as Skill Enhancement Elective Courses of IV Semester is concerned, the

students may note that they have to select any one of the Skill Courses of their own
subjects, which are given in Annexure-I. For example, if you select Physics, First paper
will be Basic Skills in Electricals and the second paper Mobile Phone Repairing and
Maintenance. Similarly, for the students of commerce, the skill enhancement and elective
courses will be Micro Finance and Rural Marketing.

If at all you choose Science Subjects in Ist Year, you must also to pay practical fee of II
year, along with tuition fee only. The tuition fee payable for second year by all the students
is Rs. 2,000/-. However, the students of science shall pay at the rate of Rs. 1,200/- per
subject in addition to tuition fee. Similarly, for two science subjects Rs. 2,400/- and for all
the three science subjects Rs. 3,600/- shall be the practical fee payable along with tuition
fee. If any student who paid practical fee and failed to attend the practical training classes
of first semester, such students must pay again Rs. 600/- per subject to attend the
practicals. Similarly, the student who missed the practical training classes of both the
semesters of I Year, must pay Rs. 1,200/- per subject and attend the practicals. Students
of Computer Applications must pay the fee of Rs. 3,000 for attending the practical classes.
If they failed to attend the practical classes, they have to pay again Rs. 3,000 for attending
with fresh batch. It may be noted that the students who missed the 1st semester or IInd
semester practicals, must attend such practicals with fresh batches of students of I Year
in III rd and IVth semesters. Remember that attending practical classes is mandatory to
be eligible to appear for the semester end examinations. No student is permitted to write
practical examination without attending the practical training classes

Change of Optionals (Compulsory Core Courses / Modern Indian Language)
The students are permitted to change the optional subjects (Compulsory Core
Courses) and Modern Indian Language in II Year only when they have either appeared
and failed or absented themselves for the exams in the respective subject (or paper) or
did not write exams at all in the I year. Change of subjects or MIL is not possible in
subjects or MIL in which the student already passed.

 The following are the dates of fee payment for the students of 2019 batch:
Commencement of tuition fee payment : 25-06-2020
Last date for tuition fee payment : 31-07-2020
Last date of payment with a late fee of Rs. 200/- : 21-08-2020

In order to pay the tuition fee, you are informed to visit the University portal
(www.braouonline.in) and click on the link payment of tuition fee of II year and then register
yourself. Take a print out of it. Pay the fee either through Debit / Credit card or throught
A.P / T.S. online. preserve the fee receipt till the completion of Degree. Remember that
the minimum period for completion of the Degree is 3 years and maximum 6 years. The
students who wish to pay the fee by way of Debit / Credit cards are advised to
use their own cards only. If the fee paid through these cards, due to technical
problems, fail to reach the university's account, the same will automatically get
credited to their account. Therefore, don't pay the fee by using the cards of
others.
