MANIFESTATION OF
COMPLIANCE WITH THE COURT ORDER

Petitioner through counsel, to the Honorable Court, most respectfully


avers that:

1. Petitioner received a Court Order dated March 18, 2019;

2. The Court ordered petitioner to publish a copy of the said order once a
week for three (3) consecutive weeks, in a newspaper of general
circulation in the City of Tagbilaran and Province of Bohol, the last
publication of which be made at least one (1) month before the date
set for hearing;

3. Petitioner has caused the publication of the Court Order through the
Bohol Sunday News on April 7, 14 and 21, 2019.

4. In compliance with the order of the court, Petitioner hereby submits
a copy of the Affidavit of Publication issued by the Managing Editor
of Bohol Sunday News and a copy of the newspaper clipping. The
documents are attached herewith and marked as “Annex A” and
“Annex B” respectively.
