mentioned is prepared by the project team of General Santos City Council to help girls enjoy Gsp
activities despite this pandemic and to be able to grow virtually.
I understand that her participation in this online activity is purely voluntary and that the
project team assigned will ensure the safety of my daughter all throughout the duration of the
event. I also allow the GSP General Santos City Council full rights to use the images and video
outputs of my daughter which will achieve the project’s goal that might include to use them in the
promotional materials and other contents for the Girl Scout Week 2020.
