Introduction
This report contains all the info that the speaker Mr. Romulus have discussed as the continuation of the previous
webinar that was postponed due to time constraints. In the previous discussion, the speaker tacked how to
cooperate with the client to reduce risks and give a better time frame for developing a system. Whereas this
time, the speaker tackled about how each team member plays a vital role on how they contribute to the overall
effectiveness of the system. And that how skillsets, experience, personality and other factors affect how the
system or project develops.

should have the characteristics that the speaker told about.

must have the basic qualification to do the job. Or one should be fit for the Job
description itself.

Discussion
To build a quality software one must have the personnel characteristics like the
ability to perform the work, interest in the work being done, experience with
similar applications or the like, training, ability to communicate with other,
ability to share responsibility with others and management skills.

Conclusion
Building a project may be hard, thus having the right workstyle in a team is very
crucial to create a quality system. Thus, the company must hire employees that
will fit the personality traits and the skills needed by the team to finish the
project before or on time.
