Subject: NETWORKING AMONG ALL THE COMPUTERS IN LABS & OFFICES

In response to letter No. KP-TEVTA/ICT/NW/439(1-3) dated on 29-01-2020, it is to

inform that the work has been initiated on the subjected matter. Networking has been

established in one of the labs. The other two labs were delayed due to the tough schedule of

DIT classes.

Currently, networking of 2nd lab is in progress and by the end of the February the

above subjected task will be accomplished.

Subject: REPAIR/ MAINTANANCE OF CCTV CAMERA SYSTEM

In response to letter No. KP-TEVTA/ICT/R&M/400(1-4) dated on 29-01-2020 it is to

inform that a complete survey of the system was conducted to identify the issues in the CCTV

Camera system. Some of the cameras were found out of order.

As per recommendation of the expert form the local market the cameras are

beyond repair. Therefore, new cameras have been purchased and it will be installed by the end

of this week.
