ESSAY: How will you view yourself in terms of leadership?

I consider myself as a leader and also a follower. In most situations I tend to stand as a leader because I am
confident in my own decisions. I believe that I am an effective leader that can guide my own team towards our goal.
But in some situations I can also be a good listener or follower. I know that not all the time I can deal with problems and
listening to others is not bad. In my 19 years of existence I’ve experience both being a leader and a follower. During my
junior high school days i was thought on how to be an effective follower and through joining clubs, leadership trainings
and camps I have learned that I can also be an effective and a good leader. I admire those who are born as a leader and
told to myself that I will also be one.
